01 — Design & branding

Artwork built to print, not just to look good on screen

A design that works on a phone screen can fall apart at banner size or on a stitched chest badge. We set the artwork up for the process it is actually going to.

  • Graphic designs — layouts for flyers, posters, banners, labels and business documents.
  • Logo origination — a new mark drawn from scratch, or an existing one rebuilt cleanly.
  • Vector artwork, so the same file works on a business card and on a three-metre banner.
  • Colour set for the process — ink, thread or digital press — before production starts.
  • Print-ready files with bleed, margins and trim marks where the job needs them.

Brief us on a design

Got a blurry logo?

It is the most common problem we are handed — a small, pixelated copy of a logo pulled off an old letterhead or a social media page. The same raster-to-vector capability we use to rebuild scanned engineering drawings redraws it as clean vector artwork that will hold up at any size.

What you receive

  • Editable source artwork in vector format
  • Print-ready PDFs for each item produced
  • A screen version for your website, email signature and socials
  • Single-colour and reversed variants for garments and dark backgrounds
02 — Garment branding

T-shirts, caps and uniforms, printed or stitched

Two very different processes, and the right one depends on the garment, the design and the quantity. We run both, so the recommendation is not steered by what we happen to own.

  • T-shirt printing — tees and polos for staff, teams, events and campaigns.
  • Cap printing — caps, hats and visors, printed or embroidered.
  • Embroidery — stitched logos, crests and names on polos, caps, sweaters and workwear.
  • Screen printing — flat ink through a stencil, with the unit price falling as the run grows.
  • School uniforms and crests, corporate workwear and branded team kit.

Price a garment run

Choose embroidery when…

The garment is a polo, cap, sweater or workwear jacket; the design is a compact logo, crest or name; and it has to survive years of washing. Stitched thread does not crack or fade, and it reads as the more formal finish on uniforms.

Choose screen printing when…

The design is large, bold or covers the chest or back; the quantity is high; or the budget per shirt matters. Screens cost something to set up once, then every shirt after that is cheap — which is why campaign and event tees are almost always printed.

The two processes, side by side

Thread pushed through the cloth, or ink pulled across a stencil onto it.

EMBROIDERY SCREEN PRINTING Thread stitched into the cloth Ink laid on top of the cloth Raised finish. Will not crack or fade. Flat and smooth. Cheapest at volume.

Illustrative. Garment colours, thread and ink are chosen against your own brand colours before the run starts.

03 — Business documents

Receipt books, invoices and bound reports

The numbered, duplicated paperwork a business actually runs on — printed with your details, numbered in sequence, perforated and bound.

  • Receipt books — sequentially numbered sets, perforated to tear out and glued at the spine.
  • Invoice & delivery notes — duplicate or triplicate books carrying your own numbering.
  • Hot glue binding — reports, manuals, proposals and tender documents bound at the spine.
  • Carbonless paper, so the copy is made as the original is written — no carbon sheet to place.
  • Your logo, address, KRA PIN and terms set on every copy in the book.

Order business books

Tell us four things

  • Which book — receipt, invoice, delivery note or cash sale
  • How many copies per set — duplicate or triplicate
  • Where the numbering should start, and how many books
  • Your letterhead details, or we set them from your logo

Bound documents

Tender submissions, project reports, training manuals and company profiles — printed, collated and hot glue bound with a card or clear cover. The same finish we use on our own documentation.

What a numbered book is made of

One set, three copies, one number — written once and carried through.

ORIGINAL No. 004821 TOTAL DUPLICATE No. 004821 TOTAL TRIPLICATE No. 004821 TOTAL Torn out for the customer Filed in the office Stays bound in the book

Illustrative — the number of copies, their colours and the starting serial number are all set when you place the order.

04 — Campaign & signage

Flyers, posters, banners and stickers

Short-run and bulk print for campaigns, launches, events and shopfronts — sized so it still reads from wherever people will actually be standing.

  • Flyers & campaign posters — single or double sided, in the quantity the campaign needs.
  • Banners — large format for events, sites, shopfronts and conferences.
  • Stickers — vinyl labels and decals, cut to shape.
  • Site boards and safety signage, produced alongside the civil works we already deliver.
  • Artwork laid out for viewing distance, not simply scaled up from an A4 design.

Quote a print run

Send us this

The finished size, the quantity, whether it is single or double sided, and the date you need it. If you have artwork, send the original file rather than a screenshot of it — and if you do not, we will originate it.

One supplier, one delivery

Most campaigns need several of these at once — shirts, caps, flyers, a banner and the receipt books to go with them. Ordering them together means one proof round, one consistent set of colours and one delivery.

How a print order runs

The same five stages whether it is fifty flyers or five hundred shirts.

  1. 1 · Brief and artwork

You send the logo and the details, or we originate the design from scratch.

  2. 2 · Proof

A visual proof for your sign-off before anything is cut, burned or threaded.

  3. 3 · First-off sample

On garment runs one piece is finished and approved before the batch is started.

  4. 4 · Production

Screens burned, machines threaded, sheets printed — the run goes through.

  5. 5 · Finishing and delivery

Trimmed, numbered, bound, folded or packed — then delivered to you.
